Warranty
Modules and microphones are guaranteed for 2 years in Europe, 1 year outside Europe.
For a warranty claim: contact us by email — you pay the return shipping, and we cover sending the repaired/replacement item back once the fault is confirmed.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by opening the enclosure or modifying the product.
Customers outside Europe: please write “guaranty return” on the package and include a copy of the invoice, so the parcel isn’t held or taxed at customs.
Right of withdrawal (EU online purchases)
Under EU law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return it, with no reason required.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
The product must be returned complete, unopened/unmodified, in its original condition.
